Yesterday evening all football fans had the opportunity to watch the best example of the beauty of football. El Clásico between Real Madrid and Barcelona took place at Bernabeu for the desire of all planet. This was not just a match between two teams, but even a battle between Ronaldo and Messi.

The hosts of Madrid came as clear favourites in this game. They just qualified for the semi-finals of champions league. Furthermore they were in the first place and played for both win and draw yesterday.

However, there was one thing they forgot. It was called Messi, the showman. The argentinian player decided to take the bull by the horns and take his team to a great victory.

The match was really balanced and mostly with a very beautiful play by both sides. Los Blancos found the advantage in the first half with Casemiro. Once again Sergio Ramos returned a great ball in the zone and the brasilian had it very easy to push the ball to the net.

It was Messi with a terrific equalizer that sent the squads to the restrooms with no winner. On the second half things changed. Both teams were more focused on not conceding. However, Ivan Rakitic released a rocket out of nowhere. No chance for Keylor Navas and Barcelona were on advantage for the first time.

Zidane played his last card with James Rodriguez and the result was brilliant. The colombian found his way to send the ball behind the keeper and 2-2.

When the match was about to end in the last minute the miracle happened again. Well, it was a miracle about Barca fans and a thunder in the open sea for los blancos. After a fast counter-attack, the ball found the right legs and that was it. Leo Messi made what he knows best again, to score. As a matter of fact, must mention that Real Madrid played with 10 players after Sergio Ramos got a straight red after tackling Messi.

To conclude this match had it all. Goals, red card and tension. All things considered, yesterday we saw the best match of this year for sure.
