Welcome in the 27th round of Premier League, the best championship in the world!

Firstly, this should be seriously called the week of goals. 36 goals in total made this round more special. However, premier league matches are always different from any other kind. This is the reason this is the most important competition in the football world.

As almost always, this round started with a big surprise. It was Manchester United who failed to win against Bournemouth. The match ended with the final result 1-1. They even played most of the game with 1 extra player and lost a penalty kick. The black cat for the red devils in this match was Zlatan Ibrahimowich. The swedish striker caused a penalty for the guests and lost the penalty opportunity for his team. Furthermore, he got FA charges for some unsportsmanlike conduct. The striker will miss 3 consegutive matches for his team.

After that, most of the matches went according to the odds they had. Swansea got a very precious win Liberty Stadium against The Clarets of Burnley. On other matches Crystal Palace got the second 3 points in a row, now against Watford.

A big news is the return of Leicester. After the deportation of Claudio Ranieri, the foxes are on fire. 2 consegutive wins and 6 goals scored.

On the evening match Liverpool faced Arsenal in a battle for the 4th place. Jürgen Klopp‘s players made a brilliant game in front of the fans at Anfield. The Reds finished everything in the 1st half with two goals from Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mané. The match finished with the final resul 3-1 for the hosts.

Sunday had some important matches as well. At first it was the mega match between Tottenham and Everton. Both teams made a great game, but the team from White Hart Lane got all 3 points at the end of 90 minutes.

Later on, it was time for Pep Guardiola‘s guys to follow the other big teams. Manchester City got an easy victory against Sunderland.

 Round 27 of premier league finished on monday with the battle between West Ham and Chelsea

Even though in front of a very harsh audience at London Stadium, Chelsea got 3 points with the goals of Eden Hazard and Diego Costa. A big step for Chelsea. Everyone in Stamford Bridge are making the final countdown to this so desired title.
